Studio A1 provides a furnished hourly rental space specifically designed for creating video content for social media and podcasts. Optional services available at Studio A1 include Locker Rental, filming and production assistance, and editing services provided by Capstone Marketing & Media. Capstone Marketing & Media offers professional filming and post-production editing services. Filming services include camera operation, lighting, audio monitoring and recording, and scene composition. Editing services cover video trimming, sequencing, color correction, audio enhancement, mixing, and the addition of graphics, titles, and effects.

Filming services at Studio A1 with Capstone Marketing & Media require a minimum one-hour booking. The rates depend on the camera setup and whether editing is included. Single-camera filming without edits is $210 per hour of raw footage, and multi-camera (up to three cameras) without edits is $385 per hour of raw footage. If editing is included, single-camera is $315 per hour of raw footage and multi-camera is $525 per hour of raw footage. Additional filming hours beyond the initial booking are charged at $160 per hour in one-hour increments.

Editing services are priced at $137.50 per hour of raw footage unless the client is also using Capstone Marketing & Media for filming services under a Filming Services Agreement. In such cases, the editing rate is included in the filming package price, as seen in the rates for Single Camera - EDITED and Multi-Camera (Up to 3) - EDITED which are higher than the "No Edits" options.

For filming services, raw footage is typically delivered within 2 days for "No Edits" packages. For editing services included in filming packages or standalone editing services, the average turnaround time for standard editing is 7 days per edited piece. Expedited editing, with a turnaround time of less than 7 days, is available for an additional fee of $105 per edited piece.

Payment for both filming and editing services is due upon requesting services and signing the respective agreements. Payments are generally non-refundable, except if Capstone Marketing & Media is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued. For editing services, one round of minor revisions is included in the initial cost. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard editing rate of $137.50 per hour of raw footage. Prices listed in both agreements do not include taxes or studio rental fees, which are separate costs associated with using Studio A1.

Clients using Studio A1 must adhere to the studio's policies regarding space usage and content restrictions, notify Capstone of additional equipment needs at least 48 hours in advance, and are responsible for removing all belongings at the end of their rental term unless a locker is rented. Late submissions or changes to project scope may impact turnaround times and pricing. Clients are responsible for pre-approving all filming and editing projects by submitting detailed objectives and requests in advance (7 days prior for filming, 48 hours prior for editing). For editing services, clients must provide all necessary footage and any desired assets/branding elements before editing begins, unless Capstone Marketing & Media handled the filming.
